Assassins Creed: Brotherhood – Early Impressions

The Italian Stallion Assassin is back!!! So how is Ezio’s second outing in a AC game so far? Good, pretty good so far!! Assassins Creed Brotherhood is a stealth action adventure game by UBISOFT Montreal for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Assassins Creed games are about Assassins versus the Templar Knights and their never ending battle over freedom and control over all that is good and bad in the world. The first thing i actually wanted to tell you regarding AC: Brotherhood is the multiplayer. Don’t worry, there are added aspects of the single player i will get into, but the multiplayer should be talked about first..its that fun and original.Multiplayer in AC: Brotherhood is unique imo. Yea, i played 100′s of different multiplayer games over many genres over many years…so when i say somthing is unique, its unique. I been playing the game mode “Wanted”. This game mode pits 8 on 8. You are assigned a target to assassinate while you are being hunted yourself. Keep in mind your doing everything on a medium sized map in the open so you have to be very cunning to get a kill as well escape getting assassinated yourself.Your assigned points for assassinating your target as well escaping assassination. You have a plethora of characters to choose from as well options like inviting friends or creating your own game with friends. I admit at first, its kinda difficult to get the hang of the gameplay in AC:B multiplayer. Once you get the hang of it, it is very fun and fresh. I love fresh ideas in games.

Single player campaign starts out with a huge bang of action set pieces that really kicks the story off. I won’t post any spoilers but so far, the story is more emotionally driven imo. The cool thing AC:B lets you do (this time) is leave out of the animus at anytime during the game unlike the past two installments. Furthermore, Desmond Miles has a heavy emphasis in the actual game (early on at least). So expect to play as Desmond Miles quite a bit in AC:B. So far, i really like the changes and add ons to the single player campaign so far and of course the multiplayer.

So far, another fun game i got my hands on to review it seems. After i beat this game and leveled up online, expect a review. Cya!!!
